The villa is located a short distance from the city center and only a few metres away from the beach of Almyros. The ground floor also has a full bathroom with a bathtub and one bedroom with double bed and a balcony with view of the mountain.Going up to the top floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. The one bedroom has a single bed and a veranda with a view of the mountain, while the other room has a queen-size double bed with a veranda and views of the swimming pool, the beach of Almyros and the city of Agios Nikolaos.All the bedrooms have television, air-conditioning and wardrobes. The living room has also television and air-conditioning and the kitchen is fully equipped. In the storage room there is a washing machine.Considering the apartment, it includes 1 double bed with an en-suite bathroom. There is a working desk in the lounge area, where someone can work independently without being interrupted by the rest guests. Lastly, fitness equipment is available in a separate gym area, in case that the guests would like to exercise themselves.In front of the main house extends the swimming pool (with a direct view of the beach of Almyros and the city of Agios Nikolaos) with an outdoor shower, chaise-lounges, outdoor furniture and dining area .The stone path of the villa starts from the swimming pool, and leads directly to the beach. Around the villa there is a wonderful garden in harmony with the natural environment with beautiful flowers and trees.
